I have never played an EA Games game in my life.
When my e-mail accounts were hacked over a year ago, I spent a lot of time going through them to figure out what the hackers did. I was barely able to get control of my main e-mails and there is still one of them that I know they are still using and I am locked out of it permanently.
One of the things they did was create game accounts with my e-mail address, and one of them was EA Games. That e-mail address contains my legal name and birth year.
I saw an e-mail about my account being permanently suspended. EA Games will not give me any information related to what game or what exactly was done in my name.
Here’s the thing, this company among others sells information. I have never been banned in any game besides NCSOFT’s Aion Online because my mother did a chargeback on her PayPal account.

This is the reply I got:

My concerns were totally ignored, and it seems there is nothing that can be done. This was my 2nd attempt at getting a resolution here.
Hackers generally use hacked accounts from real people to perform their malicious activity. If your account is hacked and something like this is done, there is no recourse.
The police do not care. The businesses do not care. When the information is sold to other gaming companies, they believe they are getting good information that was thoroughly verified.
I am at my wits end.
